Who we are

What we collect

• Estimate requests. When you fill out our form we collect your name, phone number, email, property address, the services you're interested in, any notes, and any photos you choose to upload.
• Quotes and billing. If you approve a quote, we keep your signature, your choices and the date. If you save a card, it is handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Basic site data. Like most websites, our hosting provider may log standard technical information such as your browser type and the page you visited.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request, prepare and send quotes, schedule and perform work, bill for completed work, and keep records of the service we provide. We may contact you by phone, text or email about your request or service.

What we don't do

We don't sell or rent your information. We share it only with the services we use to run the business, such as our email provider, our payment processor (Stripe) and our secure customer records system, and only as needed to serve you. We will also share information if the law requires it.

Photos

Photos you upload are used to understand and price your job. We may show photos of completed work on our website or social media, but never with your name or address.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete your information at any time by emailing sales@sugarloaflandscaping.com. If you don't want marketing messages from us, just tell us and we'll stop.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
